Option 1: Register it to your home address

🟢 PROs Easiest, no hassle

🔴 CONs

Your (Verwaltung) home owner needs to allow it.
If you register any way, they could ask you to change your business’ address or worse, cancel your contract. It’s a grey zone.
Your home address shows up in the Imprint and you get stalkers
You have to pay extra for corporate trash disposal 😀

Option 2: Virtual office service with a legitimate address

🟢 PROs

Easy to set up, you get an address where you can get all your mail, they forward it to you.
Can be set up online.

🔴 CONs

It costs money. Depending on the option you use, it can range from €400- €800 / year
🟠 Make sure you select the option with business rental agreement. Only PO box is not allowed for company registration
